INSULFAST® acrylic anchoring adhesive is a
two-part chemical paste system that
includes an acrylate monomer paste and a
organic peroxide paste activator. It is an
economical chemical anchoring adhesive
formulated for use with the INSULGUARD®
insert, concrete tie shoulder and other
types of concrete anchor bolts. It provides
maximum concrete anchor holding power,
over time, while being subjected to the
constant high impact and vibratory loads
that are common in anchoring applications.
All Weather Formula That Is Ideal for use in Both Hot and Cold Weather
When cold weather arrives, many chemical
anchoring products are cold weather
sensitive and become impossible to pump.
Conversely, when hot weather hits, other
chemical anchoring products set up so fast
that you spend a fortune replacing mixer
nozzles. With INSULFAST® you have no
weather problems. It dispenses easily in
temperatures down to 0 degrees F, and, in
warm temperatures up to 100 degrees F, you
have a mixing nozzle life of up to 5 minutes.
INSULFAST® Can Save You Money
INSULFAST® will reduce your open
installation track time because it provides
full cure in only 35 minutes at 65 degrees
F. It also allows close tolerances between
the anchor and the inside of the drilled
hole. This allows savings in adhesive
usage, and reduced drill time.

inserts were developed to work together
as a compatible anchoring system. When
you use together, you can save from 40%
to 60% on anchoring adhesives when

Chemical Resistance
INSULFAST® provides excellent chemical
resistance to fuel oils, solvents, acids,
and chemicals with a high pH.
